Short terms for a free business card app and this website.
Who runs this
- Pleased and this website are run by Nullstate Studio.
- Write to info@nullstate.studio with any question, or to ask about your data.
The app
- Pleased is an app for iPhone. It runs on your phone, and it keeps your cards, contacts and CVs there, encrypted.
- The app is free. Premium is a subscription that Apple bills, at the prices on the home page.
- To cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account. Apple's standard end-user licence agreement applies to the app.
Your cards
- You own what you put in the app. Pleased doesn't claim any rights to it.
- We keep no copy. If you delete everything in the app, it's gone from your phone, and we can't bring it back.
- Before you delete, export a copy from Settings. Your cards are kept out of iPhone backups.
Exchanges
- You choose the fields you share. They go straight to the other phone when you tap Exchange, and nowhere else.
- Once they've arrived, the other person keeps them. You can't take them back from their phone.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Pleased or this website to harass anyone, to send unlawful content, or to break into or disrupt the site or the app.
No warranty
- The app and this website are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows.
- Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under law that can't be waived.
Changes
- We may change these terms. The date below is the date of the latest version.
